when you wish upon a star

My dream came true!
Thanks, Mom and Dad, for the crayons, markers, colored pencils and finger paint, and for believing that I was the best artist in the whole world! Thank you, Eileen Jelly Bean, for leftover computer paper you brought home from college!

Thank you to my assistant and best sister, Sharie. When I was playing National Geographic with my stuffed animals underneath a pine tree and sorting my old crayons by hue, you were playing with your baby-dolls and programming the family VCR. See how life turns out?
And a special thank you to YOU fabulous art collectors and art enthusiasts. I couldn't have my dream job without you!
